Facilitar y promover la implementación efectiva de la metodología Scrum dentro del equipo de desarrollo, asegurando la colaboración, la comunicación transparente y la entrega oportuna de los objetivos del proyecto.

Using Jira and Confluence
Leadership of agile teams
Management of SharePoint or Microsoft Office
Advanced knowledge in agile methodologies
Experience with high-performance agile cells
Mastery of agile metrics and scaled agility milestones
Have experience in Banking, Fintech, finance or similar
Have at least 3 years of experience in the role and associated technologies
