Sr. Scrum Master
Requirements:
Education: Systems Engineering or similar.
Experience: 3 to 4 years in a similar role.
Genre: Indistinct.
Edad: Indistinct.

Solid knowledge in:
3 to 4 years of experience performing the role of Scrum Master specifically.
Probable experience in the banking/financial sector or regulated environments (optional).
Knowledge of different Lean-Agile-Scrum-Kanban agility frameworks.
Broad experience in the use of agile practices and techniques, as well as in the development of high-performance teams through self-management.
Solid skills in facilitating agile ceremonies and communication workshops and team growth.
Service leader, empathetic and resilient, capable of fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement, based on discipline, generating an environment of safety and collaboration within and outside the team
Experience in using agile management technological tools (JIRA preferably or similar), generating tables, indicators and agile metrics related to scaled agility milestones.
Indispensable certification as Scrum Master (Scrumalliance, Scrum.org, Scrumstudy).
Desirable training in at least one agility scaling framework (SAFe, Less, Nexus)

Work area: REMOTE. Must be located in Edo, Mexico, CDMX or Monterrey and will make sporadic visits to customer workshops.
