Job Description

En Sellectia we are looking for an SDR / BDR Commercial B2B with experience in prospecting, commercial development and generation of B2B opportunities. We are looking for a commercial profile, organized and oriented to results, with capacity to execute multichannel cadences, qualify prospects and support the growth of the commercial pipeline.

**Principles responsibilities**
- Identify and contact B2B prospects in target sectors such as HR, Tech, Services, Insurance, SaaS and Real Estate.
- Execute multichannel cadences via LinkedIn, email and calls.
- Qualify leads according to fit, need, timing and authority.
- Registrar y dar seguimiento a prospectos, tasks y oportunidades en CRM.
- Schedule qualifying meetings for the closing team.
- Asegurar un effective handoff towards AE/Closer.
- Collaborar con marketing para retroalimentar ICP, mensajes, objeciones y calidad de leads.
- Measure and optimize KPIs: activity, rate of response, conversion a meeting, show rate and SQLs.

**Requisitos del profil**
- Residencia en LATAM, preferiblemente Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay u otros países compatibles con horario España.
- Formación en Ventas, Comunicación, Marketing, Administración o affines careers; también se valorará equivalent experience.
- Experience of 1 to 3 years or more in B2B sales or commercial development.
- Experience in roles like SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, AE or Closer.
- Active prospecting management: cold email, cold calls and LinkedIn.
- CRM management, pipeline monitoring and task registration.
- Excelente professional redacción para mensajes comerciales, emails y follow-ups.
- Experience in digital services.
- Knowledge of sales and conversion funnels.
