We are looking for a Freelance Selector/Recruiter with an exceptional level of English. Your mission will be to lead selection processes for a wide variety of industries and positions (commercial, administrative, middle management, operational, etc.), many of them with international projection.

Your main challenges:
-Manage end-to-end selection processes for profiles from various sectors (Sourcing, curricular screening and filter interviews).
-Evaluate soft skills, work history and, fundamentally, the candidates' fluency in the English language.
-Prepare interview reports and present high-quality shortlists.
-Maintain fluid and professional communication with both the internal team and the candidates.

What profile are we looking for?
-Training: Lic. in HR or similar.
-Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in recruitment and selection (experience in agencies, consultancies or multi-profile environments will be positively valued).
-Languages: Bilingual or advanced English (C1/C2)—exclusive—, with the ability to interview and write reports in this language.
-Skills: Versatility to quickly understand the needs of different industries, excellent communication and high organization.
