We are looking for a Semi-Senior Recruiter to join the Doctas RH team.\n\nWe are looking for a person who is close to graduating or has already graduated from the Psychology and/or Human Resources majors and who has at least 3 years of experience in resolving Selection processes.\n\nWhoever occupies the position must be a dynamic person, with management skills, oriented to the business and the proposed objectives, with the ability to adapt to client demands, very organized and with excellent interpersonal relationships.\n\nAmong their responsibilities are:\nCarry out, in a complete manner, recruitment and selection processes for different positions and local and international industries: publications, request for references, back office of the recruitment and selection process.\nMaster the different employment platforms.\nHave internalized the hunting methodology.\nHave a global vision of the processes in charge.\nRecord management indicators.\nBe available to be part of different projects linked to the activity having incorporated teamwork and the focus on meeting the objective.\n\nWork modality: 100% virtual (homeoffice)\n\nThe position reports directly to the partners of the consulting firm.",
