I have included a job description below for you to look over.\nSenior Angular Frontend Engineer \nLocation: Remote from Mexico\nDuration: 12 months\nJob Summary:\nAs a Senior Angular Frontend Engineer, you will lead the design and development of the new web user interface for a large-scale MES modernization initiative. This program involves migrating legacy Windows Forms / .NET Framework modules into a modern web architecture based on Angular, .NET 8, microservices, REST APIs, PrimeNG, and TailwindCSS.\nThis role is critical to transforming complex manufacturing workflows into efficient, intuitive, scalable, and maintainable web experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on expertise in Angular frontend engineering with a practical UX mindset, and can collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, backend developers, and UI/UX designers to translate requirements and designs into reusable, production-ready solutions.\nThis is not a pure visual design role and not a backend-heavy full stack role. It is a hands-on senior frontend engineering role focused on enterprise UI delivery, usability, consistency, API integration, and front-end standardization across multiple MES modules.\nRequirements:\nTechnical Skills:\n5+ years of experience in web application or frontend development. \n3+ years of strong hands-on experience with Angular in enterprise-grade applications. \nStrong technical experience with: \nTypeScript \nHTML5 \nCSS3 / SCSS \nResponsive web development \nREST API integration \nExperience building modular, reusable, component-based frontend architectures. \nExperience with PrimeNG or similar enterprise UI component libraries. \nExperience with TailwindCSS, Bootstrap, or modern CSS utility/styling frameworks. \nSolid understanding of UI/UX principles for business applications, especially workflow-driven and data-intensive systems. \nExperience working with designers and translating Figma designs into production-ready interfaces. \nExperience collaborating closely with backend teams in API-driven architectures. \nExperience with Git / GitLab and collaborative development workflows. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. \nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams and with distributed resources across time zones. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in MES, manufacturing, industrial, or shop-floor systems. \nExperience migrating legacy desktop or Windows Forms applications to modern web platforms. \nFamiliarity with .NET 8, ASP.NET Core APIs, or Microsoft-based full stack environments. \nExperience contributing to or defining design systems, shared component libraries, or Storybook documentation. \nExperience with frontend testing frameworks and test automation practices. \nUnderstanding of accessibility and usability standards for enterprise applications. \nExperience optimizing Angular applications for performance and maintainability. \nExperience participating in architecture and modernization initiatives for large enterprise systems. \nAdvanced English (conversational)\nResponsibilities:\nLead the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and high-quality web user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, PrimeNG, and TailwindCSS. \nTranslate business requirements, legacy Windows Forms behavior, and Figma designs into modern, user-friendly web interfaces. \nCollaborate with the Solution Architect, Technical Leader, Product Owner, Business Analyst, backend developers, and UI/UX designers to define and implement effective user workflows. \nRedesign legacy MES processes for the web, reducing clicks, simplifying navigation, improving operator productivity, and minimizing training effort. \nBuild reusable UI components, shared front-end patterns, and implementation standards to accelerate delivery across multiple MES modules. \nIntegrate Angular applications with .NET 8 microservices through REST APIs. \nEnsure consistent implementation of design guidelines, UX patterns, responsiveness, error handling, and frontend best practices. \nParticipate in the migration and delivery of MES modules. \nContribute to frontend architecture decisions, including folder structure, shared libraries, component strategy, state handling approach, validation standards, and API integration patterns. \nIdentify and resolve usability issues, UI defects, performance bottlenecks, and integration issues. \nSupport the definition and implementation of unit tests and integration tests for frontend components and module flows. \nCreate and maintain technical documentation for developed frontend functionality, reusable patterns, and implementation guidelines. \nParticipate actively in agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and technical review sessions. \nMentor developers and promote good frontend engineering and UX practices within the team. \nContinuously evaluate opportunities to improve frontend delivery speed, maintainability, consistency, and user experience quality. \nThese are the interviews you will have:\nEnglish Interview to verify you can have a conversation\nTechnical Interview\nTechnical interview with client\nRate:\nSalary: open to negotiating\nSome of the benefits: \n100% on Mexican payroll\nMedical Insurance\nLaw benefits\nIf you are interested, please send me your resume in English and salary expectation to start the process.",
