Development as a Subject Matter Expert in FMCG sales & marketing analytics domain, working directly with top FMCG brands across Latin America.
Work extensively with clients. A direct interaction with clients and with our team in India. These direct interactions will fasten your learning process and will enable you to master traits of strategy consulting, i.e. from understanding business objective to analyzing data in a methodical way culminating with a final output to be delivered to the client.

Funciones del cargo
▪ Design and develop analytical solutions to address a spectrum of business challenges, focusing on user acquisition and engagement for state-of-the-art digital offerings.
▪ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to structure and analyze business questions through a hypothesis-driven approach.
▪ Perform cohort studies and event impact assessments to analyze outcomes of event interventions using statistical methods.
▪ Translate business requirements into actionable analyses and effectively communicate complex data-driven findings to a diverse audience through compelling visuals and presentations.
▪ Designing data models and schemas that optimize performance and scalability ensuring efficient data retrieval
▪ Partner with consultants /project leads to understand business briefs and execute analyses ensuring high quality, on-time delivery
▪ Communicate effectively with the client to understand their changing requirements & business landscape or present insights (need driven)
▪ Deliver informative and well-organized deliverables.
▪ Develop and enhance statistical model with best-in-class modelling techniques
▪ Evaluate new data sources, conduct research to assist in solving business problems
▪ Multi country / companies’ interactions with team and the Client is daily
▪ Take responsibility for technical skill-building within the organization (training, process definition, research of new tools and techniques etc.)
▪ Take part in organizational development activities to take our organization to the next level
Requerimientos del cargo
▪ Experience on Analytics field / FMCG retail / consulting
▪ Advanced English
▪ Proficiency in data pull and preparation in SQL
▪ Strong experience building storytelling and showing insights in PPT
▪ Strong experience in PowerBI
▪ Excellent analytical skills and should be a problem solver
▪ Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional teams
▪ An eye for detail, quick learner and think out of the box
▪ Self-motivated, disciplined with a “can do” attitude and to follow up on obtaining data, information, or validations from the client.
▪ Strong experience in Excel
▪ Experience in exploratory Data Analysis for Modelling and Business Analysis using Python
