Merapar is a European Software/Technology consultancy company that specializes in cloud (AWS and GCP) , video and audio platforms and utilities that now also has an office in Chile serves the Americas market. We work in small agile teams and help global video power houses such as BBC, NBC Universal, Liberty Global, Discovery to get innovations to the market.

The senior C++ developer will work with a team based in the Netherlands and the US on voice communication systems that among others are used by
SpaceX
and also many movie studios

Job functions
You will work in an agile team where you are going to: design, implement, test and document software that will run in the cloud. It interfaces with multiple audio standards

Qualifications and requirements
Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electronics or provable experience
At least 5 years of experience with implementing distributed systems in C++
Experience with Scrum
Fluency in English
Live in Santiago.
We typically meet once a week to work together and have lunch together
And of course all the standard soft skills that everybody always asks for ;-)

Desirable skills
Experience with audio or video processing
Experience with cloud
