We are looking for Senior Sales Advisor/Senior Sales Consultants ready to smash goals.

This role requires excellent communication skills (native Spanish), strong sales acumen, and high ability to establish rapport with prospective students.

What you will do:
- Present and sell our products using solid arguments to potential clients.
- Reach potential clients through online presentations (video calls) and phone calls.
- Identify clients' needs, problems and interests and resolve their doubts.
- Achieve agreed sales objectives and results
- Work with CRM (HubSpot desirable).
- We don't make cold calls.

Required skills:
- Verifiable experience in closing B2C sales of intangible products and/or consultative and/or high ticket sales for more than 2 years (Exclusive).
- Ability to manage deals from start to finish and close deals successfully, preferably in sectors such as EdTech, insurance, real estate, SAAS, credit and high value products in both B2C and B2B2C.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales.

We offer:
- 100% remote and full-time work.
- Base of 800 USD + commissions. Total pay on average, including commissions, is approximately 3000 USD. If you are a high performer, you can earn more as we have unlimited commissions.

- Constant training
- Schedules: 5 days of work (1 day on the weekend), and two days off (1 day on the weekend and 1 day during the week, which can be: Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday), with hours: 11:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. CDMX
