Seeking an individual to join a performance marketing team focused on creating high-converting content within diverse customer journeys. The role focuses on persuasion-oriented long-form copy writing, campaign optimization, and data-driven improvement.
Responsibilities:
Write long texts for different stages of the customer journey, including advertisements, landing pages and content within the conversion funnel.
Write scripts for Video Sales Letters for campaigns on social networks, native ads and YouTube.
Manage email writing, including automated sequences, lead nurturing and reactivation.
Ensure message consistency throughout the user journey, from ad to final conversion.
Work within compliance frameworks without losing persuasive effectiveness.
Collaborate with product, analytics and marketing teams to optimize text performance.
Iterate multiple versions of copy based on data and performance metrics.
Analyze results and propose improvements in content strategies.
Support in the creation of hooks, angles and headline systems for paid campaigns.
Requirements:
More than 7 years of experience in copywriting oriented to performance marketing.
Experience in direct marketing environments (DTC, healthcare, finance or similar sectors).
Portfolio with advertorials, VSLs, landing pages or emails with measurable results.
Experience writing marketing emails and automated sequences.
Ability to work with large volumes of content and high speed of delivery.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied to writing and marketing.
Experience in funnels, campaigns and native advertising ecosystems.
Performance data analysis and copy optimization capabilities.
