Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of digital advertising accounts across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), ensuring campaigns align with client objectives and budgets.
Develop and implement data-driven media strategies, including audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creative testing plans, and attribution modeling.
Monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns to maximize ROAS, CPA targets, and overall profitability while maintaining quality of service.
Provide proactive client stewardship—conduct regular business reviews, present performance insights, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, and tech) to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client projects.
Drive process improvements, create standard operating procedures, and document best practices for campaign setup and optimization.
Lead and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge on platform updates, industry trends, and optimization techniques.
Stay current with platform policies, industry regulations, and privacy considerations to ensure compliant and ethical advertising practices.
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Account Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic client portfolio, shaping digital strategies, and delivering measurable results across paid search and social channels. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into actionable digital plans, and guiding internal teams to deliver exceptional campaigns. The ideal candidate brings a solid track record of growing client accounts, a deep understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, and a passion for data-driven optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver sustained performance improvements.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in attribution, conversion tracking, and performance dashboards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business implications.
Experience with campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and client-facing storytelling.
Collaborative team player who can mentor colleagues and lead by example.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics 4, GA4, Data Studio, and bidding automation platforms.
Nice-to-have: experience with programmatic buying, CRM integrations, and landing page optimization.
