GGs.VC is a go-to-market partner that transforms brands into global entertainment IPs. We help gaming studios, Web3 projects, entertainment companies and more scale from viral content to million-dollar intellectual properties. We use Atomic Scaling (same method that best performing companies like Valve and Supercell have used to grow leanly, originally by Ludovic Bodin) to deliver end-to-end solutions including viral content creation, IP development, merchandising, and global expansion turning our clients into the next generation of entertainment empires like Pudgy Penguins and Supercell.

Key Responsibilities
Build revenue-generating global IPs, not just viral content, aligning creative ambitions with commercial viability.
Identify trends across cultures and capitalize on them in real-time to grow IP potential.
Define character personalities, backstories, and engagement strategies that sustain audience interest across platforms.
Direct creative teams with precise, data-driven guidelines to ensure consistency and scalable output.
Test rapidly, measure everything, scale winners, and discard underperforming concepts with disciplined methodologies.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and partnerships teams to optimize monetization paths and reach.
Prototype and iterate business models, including licensing, partnerships, and IP-driven revenue streams.

Required Skills, Traits & Experience
We are seeking a self-directed, data-obsessed growth leader with a proven track record in building entertainment brands or viral properties that generated revenue. You understand startup velocity and rapid iteration, and you are comfortable operating autonomously with minimal oversight. Essential qualifications include a demonstrated ability to execute rapid testing, measurement, and scaling methodologies, a deep understanding of cross-cultural content and character development, and a history of leveraging new technologies before mainstream adoption (AI, crypto, etc.). You should be able to translate creative concepts into actionable strategies, and to lead diverse teams toward clear, revenue-driven outcomes.

Desirable Skills & Experience
Prior experience in growth hacking for entertainment properties, with documented case studies showing revenue generation from IP initiatives. Familiarity with data analytics tools, experimentation frameworks, and performance marketing. A portfolio of personal or professional IPs and viral projects that demonstrate creative leadership, growth impact, and scalable results. Comfort with high-velocity environments, ambiguity, and strategic risk-taking.
