Senior iOS Developer\nLATAM\n Job Description: \nAs a Senior iOS Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, scalable iOS applications across a variety of projects. This includes adding support for new products, finding innovative solutions, and bringing fresh ideas to continuously improve our mobile experience. \nYou will be an integral part of our teams effort to shape the future of the companys device ecosystem. \n This position requires a proactive and innovative mindset, with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams. \nKey Responsibilities: \niOS Development Initiatives: Design, develop, and maintain responsive and high-performing iOS applications, driving initiatives to completion. \nProblem Solving & Innovation: Identify challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance app performance and user experience. \nArchitect and Implement Solutions: Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions. \nCode Review and Quality Assurance: Ensure high coding standards and performance optimization through detailed code reviews, promoting best practices and continuous improvement. \nCollaboration: Work closely with firmware engineers, product managers, and UX team to deliver exceptional products that align with business objectives. \nStay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development, bringing innovative ideas and technologies to the team. \nQualifications: \n5+ years experience in iOS development. \nStrong experience in building native mobile (iOS) applications with an emphasis on performance and robustness. \nExperience developing multi-threaded, asynchronous code. \nStrong Object-Oriented programming and design skills. \nFamiliarity with SOLID Design Principles. \nKnowledge of design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, VIPER, etc., \nEffective communication skills, both written and verbal. \nKnowledge of Apples design principles and application interface guidelines. \nFamiliar with version control, issue tracking, continuous integration environment (Git/JIRA/Confluence/Jenkins or similar). \nFamiliarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back- end service \nExperience working in Agile environments. \nExcellent troubleshooting skill. \nNice to Have: \nProficiency in reactive architecture, including RxSwift, RxCocoa. \nExperience interfacing with embedded devices. \nExperience working with IOT communication protocols such as BLE, NFC, and MQTT. \nDemonstrated expertise in audio/video real time communication and streaming video protocols (RTSP/RTP/HLS). \nExperience with SIP, H265/264 codecs, FFMPEG, WEBRTC.",
