Were looking for a seasoned and energetic Senior Marketing Specialist specializing in communications to become part of our client´s team. This role is responsible for shaping strategic messaging, enhancing brand identity, and fostering audience engagement to ensure all communication aligns with company goals. Ideal candidates should bring a solid background in marketing communications, a deep understanding of marketing best practices, and storytelling skills that build credibility and trust.\nKey Responsibilities\nMarketing Operations\nStrategic Communications:\nDesign and execute robust marketing communication plans that advance our business strategy, build brand visibility, and deepen audience interaction. Guarantee uniformity in messaging across mediaprint, online, social platforms, and live events.\nContent Development & Oversight:\nProduce compelling marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, blogs, press releases, and scripts for videos. Content should target diverse audiences such as policyholders, business partners, and stakeholders. Maintain website content accuracy and relevance.\nBrand Management:\nUphold brand standards and ensure all marketing assets reflect the companys voice and tone. Coordinate with internal departments to maintain brand cohesion.\nCampaign Execution:\nSpearhead marketing initiatives to highlight our life insurance products and services. Utilize customer profiles and insights to deliver targeted, resonant campaigns.\nTeamwork & Guidance:\nPartner with departments like sales, underwriting, strategy, and compliance to deliver unified marketing strategies. Oversee team members or external contributors when necessary.\nPerformance Analysis & Reporting:\nTrack and evaluate the success of marketing communications and campaigns. Prepare insights and competitive analyses for stakeholders and leadership. Use data to improve future strategies and showcase campaign performance.\nRequired Qualifications & Skills\nEducation:\nBachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.\nExperience:\nAt least 5 years of marketing, communications, or public relations experiencepreferably within the financial or insurance sector.\nTechnical & Professional Skills:\nSkilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office software.\nComprehensive knowledge of marketing concepts and digital strategy.\nProficient with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, email platforms, and analytics tools.\nStrong creativity and an audience-first perspectiveable to clearly explain complex topics.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multi-platform campaigns and hit deadlines.\nExcellent verbal and written communication abilities.\nSolid time-management and multitasking skills.\nAcquainted with social media platforms and fundamental analytics.\nStrategic, proactive thinker with a focus on outcomes.\nCollaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic setting.\nProblem-solver with adaptability in highly regulated environments.\nExperience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.\nBilingual in English and Spanish.",
