We are looking for a person to join a creative team specialized in audiovisual production and content generation with artificial intelligence. The position focuses on the development of motion design pieces, editing and adaptation of content from the concept phase to final delivery, working in collaboration with creative and art direction teams.
Responsibilities:
Work alongside art directors, creators and project managers in the development of projects from the initial idea to the final delivery.
Create and adapt high-quality visual content using artificial intelligence tools and traditional design software.
Produce visual resources aligned with the creative standards of each client.
Scale creative production for different brands and digital channels.
Develop animations and video pieces with an advanced level of editing and composition.
Manage creative projects from start to finish, ensuring consistency with brand briefs and guides.
Prepare and optimize final files according to delivery specifications.
Proactively propose creative concepts and new ideas.
Requirements:
More than 7 years of experience as a motion designer in agencies, creative studios or internal teams.
Portfolio with traditional motion design projects and assisted by artificial intelligence.
Experience adapting workflows to integrate artificial intelligence tools.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools applied to creativity such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or similar.
Ability to analyze AI-generated results and correct errors or inconsistencies.
Good criteria for evaluating briefs and deciding how to integrate artificial intelligence into creative processes.
Experience in real projects using artificial intelligence tools positively valued.
Communication and teamwork skills.
Adaptive, problem-solving mindset in evolving creative environments.
Knowledge of legal and ethical aspects in the use of content generated by artificial intelligence.
