The Senior Power Apps Developer must be able to meet the key criteria below:
Location:
100% remote. This is a United States based position and candidates must reside in the continental United States to be eligible for employment.
Years of experience:
More than 9 years of experience in professional development.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or an IT-related field.
Security clearance:
You must currently have an active secret security clearance.

Key skills:
Experience in Office 365 development and design in Microsoft Power Platform Services including PowerApps and Power Automate is required.
Experience with Cognos BI, DOB/Jupiter, or other similar tools to generate reports, dashboards, metrics, and visualizations.
Experience with managing Microsoft SharePoint Online sites for MS Online
Position Overview
As a Power Apps Developer, you will support the Manpower, Analytics, and Human Resources Systems (MAHRS) program supporting the United States Navy. As part of the program, you will help monitor, develop and maintain policies for the human resources system and data operations. MAHRS develops, delivers and maintains business human capital analytics and tools to improve and support data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
Design and develop visualization products by taking complex information from multiple sources.
Design, develop, and support statistical and predictive analytics dashboards and reports using Power Apps, Power Automate, or other tools such as Cognos BI, Qlik, and Databricks.
Transform data sources into data tables within tools to include Powers Apps and SharePoint Development.
Develop, customize, deploy and maintain current MS Power Platform services (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI).
Design, develop and manage Power Automate workflows, SharePoint lists, permissions, views, MS Teams and channels, and Power Apps solutions to automate business processes and improve efficiency across the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with MS SharePoint and MS Power Platform Services.
Design, testing and deployment of MS applications.

9+ years of professional experience with strong experience in Power Apps required
Must possess an active secret security clearance or higher clearance level
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an IT-related field is required
Experience in Power Platform with tools to create dashboards, visualization, reports and metrics such as Power BI, Cognos BI, DON/Jupiter, Databricks and/or Qlik a plus
SharePoint development experience required
Proficient in configuring and implementing Power Automate.
Proficient in implementing metrics and dashboards in Power BI.
Strong competition in PowerApps development.
Solid knowledge of PowerApps development formulas and methods.
Experience in using OOTB connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate.
Experience with Microsoft Forms.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience in data mining, advanced analytical algorithms, programming, data science, or software engineering a plus.
Previous development experience using JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, CSS, HTML, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and effectively switch context between different activities and teams.
Ability to organize and plan work independently.

The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000 USD annually. This is a good faith estimate and not a salary guarantee, as compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, associated role responsibilities, applicable contractual requirements, and geographic location.
