Based in Chile, we collaborate with international partners to deliver scalable, low-code and automated solutions that improve operational efficiency. This role sits at the core of our Power Platform initiative, partnering with US-based teams and business stakeholders to design, build, and govern Microsoft Power Platform solutions that streamline processes, boost productivity, and enable data-driven decisions across regions. You will influence architectural standards, governance, and solution design while delivering tangible business value in cross-functional projects and international initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to address business needs and automate workflows.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, low-code architectures and reusable components.
Define and enforce architecture, security, and governance best practices for the Power Platform.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and external systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams across regions to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers, promoting coding standards and best practices.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and support ongoing operations for deployed applications.

What we are looking for
We seek a seasoned Power Platform professional with a minimum of 5 years developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform. You should have strong expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate, with experience integrating Power Platform with various data sources and APIs. A solid understanding of data models and business processes, paired with excellent communication skills to work with business stakeholders, is essential. Proficiency in English (advanced, spoken and written) is required. Nice-to-have skills include Power BI, Azure, Dynamics 365, exposure to RPA technologies (e.g., Power Automate Desktop, UiPath), knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or CSS, and experience in Agile environments. Certifications in the Power Platform are a plus.

Experience with Power BI, Azure, or Dynamics 365; exposure to RPA tools (Power Automate Desktop, UiPath); frontend skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS); prior work in Agile teams; relevant Power Platform certifications.
