Senior Product Manager (SaaS - Hands-on)\n\nLocation: Mexico (100% Remote) \nSector: Healthcare Technology / Compliance SaaS \nSalary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 MXN Net Monthly\nRole Summary\n\nWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a construction mindset to join a leading company in technological solutions for the healthcare sector. We are not looking for a project manager, but a Hands-on strategist who masters the complete product lifecycle: from deep problem discovery to technical execution and impact measurement.\nYour mission will be to lead the evolution of critical platforms (LMS, compliance and workflows) used by thousands of organizations, ensuring that each functionality solves real needs of a highly regulated market.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nStrategy and Discovery: Lead problem validation through customer interviews, data analysis and rapid prototyping. You will define the what and the why before moving on to the how.\nExecution and Technical Delivery: Translate the vision into detailed technical requirements, user stories and clear acceptance criteria. You will work closely with Engineering and UX/UI to ensure high-quality releases.\nCross-Functional Leadership: Act as the core of communication between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations to align expectations and roadmaps.\nData-Driven Optimization: Establish success metrics (KPIs) for each initiative and iterate the product based on actual user behavior and business performance.\nProfile Required (No Negotiable)\nExperience: Minimum 5 years as a Product Manager exclusively on SaaS platforms.\nFocus: Product-oriented profile (Product-led), not project management (Project/Scrum).\nLanguage: Advanced English and Spanish (ability to lead technical and business meetings in both languages).\nTechnical Skills: Mastery of Jira, Confluence and Figma.
