At KaizenRH we are looking for a Senior Python Developer to work within a leading company in software development and for projects in the banking segment.

Requirements
-Solid experience developing backend with Python.
Experience in projects with language models, LangGraph, LangChain or similar will be valued.

Tasks
Design, develop and deploy robust Python-based applications.
Optimize work flows by applying good architectural and efficient practices.
Implement prompting, fine-tuning and evaluation strategies for LLMs.
Integrate third-party APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) and cloud services.
Containerize applications
Collaborate with technical teams to scale solutions, optimize models and improve efficiency.
Monitor junior profiles and promote good quality and CI/CD practices.
Work with LangGraph/LangChain in conversational intelligence flows.
