The project for SEO Senior is oriented to lead the organic strategy of clients with sites of high traffic and/or ecommerce, with focus on revenue and conversion, optimization of architecture and performance, and continuous improvement of visibility in search engines through a roadmap oriented to commercial results.

Principal functions
Liderar y executar la estrategia SEO end-to-end con enfoque en ingresos y conversio, asegurando un impacto medible en ventas.
Define, prioritize and manage the SEO roadmap aligning with business and product objectives.
Work closely with Product and IT teams to optimize architecture, site structure, user experience and performance (Core Web Vitals).
Audit and optimize web architecture, indexation and site coverage; manage technical elements and content to improve organic performance.
Define KPIs, measure results and generate periodic reports oriented to sales and growth of the organic channel.
Analyze traffic data, conversions and navigation embudos to identify growth opportunities and prioritize actions.
Collaborar con equipos de contenido, UX y desarrollo para implementar mejoras y experimentos A/B cuando corresponda.
Apply good practices of SEO técnico, internationalization (as applicable) y soporte a initiatives de negocio.

Description
Buscamos un SEO Senior con enfoque funcional y vision de negocio para lederar la estrategia SEO end-to-end y tomar total ownership del channel organógica. Debe ser capaz de traducir business requirements en initiativas tecniques y de contenido, trabajando con equipos multifuncionales para maximizar el rendido comercial.
Key requirements include more than 4 years of experience in technical and strategic SEO, experience in e-commerce or high-traffic sites, and solid knowledge in web architecture and modern frameworks. Se valora perfil autónomo, analítico y orientado a resultados, con capacidad para comunicar y estados y justificar decisions ante stakeholders.

Desirable requirements
Previous experience leading SEO initiatives in electronic commerce environments and/or platforms with high traffic volumes. Knowledge of analytical and SEO tools (for example, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush), and advanced data analysis and reporting skills. Ability to manage autonomous projects, prioritize tasks and work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. Good communication skills in Spanish and technical English.
