Job Description

We are looking for a person with experience in sales and commercial communication to join our team as Setter.

The position is focused on contacting prospects, following up and scheduling appointments for the sales team. We are looking for someone dynamic, with good communication and who feels comfortable working towards goals.

- Responsibilities:

Make calls to interested prospects
Follow up via call and WhatsApp
Calibrate prospects and schedule appointments
Take control and follow conversations
Work together with the commercial team

- Requirements:

Previous experience in:
Appointment Setting
Telephone sales
Sales call center
Commercial prospecting
SDR/Setter
Good verbal communication
Ease of connecting with personas
Organization and responsibility
Basic management of digital tools and CRM

- We highly value if you have experience:

Working with goals or KPIs
In marketing agencies or services
In high ticket sales
Managing call volume and daily tracking

This position is NOT oriented towards profiles solely of customer service or public service without commercial experience.
