Job Title: Social Proof Manager (SaaS)\n Location: Remote (LATAM/Spain time zones a plus)\n Type: Full-time\nAbout the Role\nWere looking for someone who can turn real customer outcomes into highleverage assets that Sales and Marketing use every day: testimonials, call clips, data-backed screenshots, written reviews, success storiesany credible proof that our product works. This is not an occasional make pretty content role. Your mission is to build and run a weekly, neverstopping system that captures, organizes, and ships social proofcontinuously improving the volume, quality, and usability of assets for ads, emails, the website, and sales conversations.\nYoull work shouldertoshoulder with our Ad Creative, Media Buyer, Customer Success, and Product teams.\nWhat Youll Do\n1) Capture social proofconsistently\nScript and coordinate customer success interviews and feedback calls; capture clear before/after stories and metrics.\nReview/curate key call fragments; identify pivotal moments (pain points, buying doubts, reasons for choosing us, outcomes achieved).\nCoordinate onsite capture with filmmaker teams in Spain and LATAM when needed.\nProactively secure written reviews and comments at milestone moments (onboarding complete, first measurable result, renewal, etc.).\n2) Organize into a usable library\nMaintain a structured, easytosearch library in our internal tools, organized by client and proof type.\nTag every asset with: client name, type (clip, screenshot, review, video), theme, date, and intended use (cold ad, nurturing, website, sales material).\nShip a weekly, prioritized, readytouse package of socialproof assets to Marketing.\nEnsure all usage respects permissions and confidentiality agreements; coordinate with Legal/Operations when needed.\n3) Activate across the funnel\nPartner with Content/Social to publish and distribute wins and captures.\nTrack communities, chats, and review platforms to find organic mentions you can convert into creatives.\nCollaborate with Ad Creative to place each proof correctly in the funnel (hook, body, close).\nRun structured testimonial competitions with guided scripts to increase participation.\n4) Build incentives & a culture of proof\nCodesign programs with CS/Product to encourage sharing (bonuses, early feature access, exclusive training, etc.).\nDrive rituals that celebrate outcomes (leaderboards, win of the week, friendly competitions).\nVideo scope: Basic cutting + editorial judgment (no advanced/pro editing required).\nKPI Targets (Weekly Cadence)\n35 edited clips\n~10 annotated data screenshots\n2 written reviews\nPlus: clear tagging, consent captured, and funnel placement noted for each asset.\nSuccess looks like: increasing weekly asset volume, higher share of before/after proof with hard numbers, faster timetoship, and measurable lift in ad CTR/CVR and sales conversion supported by these assets.\nWhat Youll Bring\nExperience\n3+ years in marketing, content, customer marketing, or adjacent roles with handson ownership of testimonials, case studies, or reviews.\nPractical understanding of the marketing funnel and why social proof matters at each stage.\nB2 English level\nSkills\nExceptionally organizedyou love taxonomies, tagging, and making assets easy to find and use.\nExecution of a before/after story.\nExcellent client communication: you know how to request testimonials naturally and ask questions that surface real outcomes.\nSpanish fluency and professional English (youll coordinate across Spain and LATAM; many proofs originate in Spanish).\nComfortable with common collaboration/asset tools (e.g., Google Drive/Sheets, Notion/Airtable, Frame.io or similar).\nAttitude\nYoure motivated by work that helps others shine (ads and sales will amplify what you produce).\nYou value consistencydoing the important things well every week, even when theyre repetitive.\nYoure genuinely curious about customers and how the product changes their daytoday.\nHow to Apply\nSend your CV or portfolio highlighting:\nConcrete weekly volumes youve produced (clips, screenshots, reviews).\nBefore/after stories youve extracted (with metrics).",
