Growth & Lead Gen Strategic Partner - Results-Based Model (Profit Sharing)

Are you a Performance Marketing expert capable of generating hundreds of leads and want to stop earning a fixed salary to earn for what you really produce?

Your Mission:
Become the driving force of our national network of advisors. Your only responsibility will be to inject qualified leads daily into our consulting system through Google Meet.

The Business Model:
No Income Ceiling: There is no minimum wage here. There is a profit for each closed sale.

Winning Product: You will sell the #1 children's bilingual program in Latin America, with cutting-edge technology (Ziro Pen) and a closing bonus already structured to guarantee conversion.

Ready Infrastructure: We provide the product, the logistics, the collection and the network of advisors who will close the leads that you generate.

What are we looking for in this Partner?
Talent Investor: Someone who knows how to manage guideline budgets (Meta Ads / Google Ads) with verifiable returns on investment (ROAS).

Funnel Strategist: Ability to set up automations that take the client from an advertisement to effective scheduling.

Hunger for Growth: Profiles that prefer to earn $7, $12 million per month based on results, instead of a limited base.

Essential Technical Requirements:
Proven experience in launches or lead generation for high value products (High Ticket).

Full command of tracking and conversion tools.

Ability to operate autonomously with 100% focus on sales KPIs.
