We are SODIMAC-MAESTRO, a leading Retail company in the construction and Home Improvement sector, being part of one of the companies with the best reputation, talent attraction and sustainability management in Peru according to the Merco Companies, Talent and ESG Responsibility Ranking, is looking for:\n\nAs a Back Office E-Commerce Advisor you will be responsible for:\n1. Comply with standard operating procedures (SOP)\n2 Carry out the collection procedure efficiently (credit cards, checks, bank deposits and others). As well as correctly carrying out the cash document matching process.\n3. Maintain effective communication with the resolution areas to manage assigned tasks\n4. Ensure the custody of documents resulting from cashier transactions during the shift\n5. Always maintain an empathetic and positive attitude towards internal and external clients.\n6. Execution of legal documents (checks, credit notes) as well as claims for returns and transfers not made.\n7. Appropriately use the authorization for issuing credit notes, according to standard operating procedures (SOP).\n8. Comply with the communication protocol during calls made to clients.\n9. Ensure compliance with the deadlines established in each procedure and thus achieve the area's indicators.\n10. Report any anomaly or situation that goes against the company's ethics policy.\n11. Provide a good work environment to maintain a good work environment.\n12. Attend training scheduled by your immediate boss.\n13. Respect the markings according to the assigned shift grid.\n14.
