We are SODIMAC-MAESTRO, a leading Retail company in the construction and Home Improvement sector, being part of one of the companies with the best reputation, talent attraction and sustainability management in Peru according to the Merco Companies, Talent and ESG Responsibility Ranking, is looking for: \n \nAs a SAC Advisor you will be responsible for: \n1. Answer calls to customers to answer questions about products, dispatches, facilities, product stock, etc.\n2. Serve the customer through our listening channels (video call, telephone, WhatsApp, among others) with claims and complaints about products, dispatches, installations, sales out of stock, etc.\n3. Serve the client through our listening channels their requests and requirements for rescheduling offices, installations, product changes, etc.\n4. Coordinate and follow up on customer queries, requirements and complaints with the different store, remote sales and support office departments.\n5. Maintaining a connection in contact center systems vs. minimum marking of 95%.\n6. Correctly register complaints in applications such as CRM and Centah (Facilities).\n7. Comply with the Call Quality Protocol.\n8. Stay updated on service rates, current promotions (unbeatable, self-liquidating), catalogs, etc.\n9. Comply with the policies and procedures of the Falabella Contact Center.\n10. Carry out administrative, non-permanent and rotating tasks, preparing credit notes, monitoring and coordinating truncated dispatches, among others.\n11. Raise repetitive and/or unusual requirements that may be collectively affecting clients\n12. Comply with standard operating procedures (SOP)\n13.
