At Equifax Chile we are looking for an intermediate level Software Engineer to join an engineering team that works on a variety of highly relevant projects. In our context, we transform data into opportunities and deliver solutions based on data, analytics and technology that support financial institutions, companies, employers and government agencies in making critical decisions with greater confidence. The team builds and evolves applications and services that support modern initiatives, with a focus on RESTful and event-driven microservices, and strong development practices to improve reliability, troubleshooting and incident capabilities.
Applications only through Get on Board.

Create RESTful and event-driven microservices applications using Java and Spring (among others).
Build applications packaged in .ear for distribution and installation on our clients' infrastructure.
Write unit and integral tests.
Promote and implement best development practices.
Generate analytical capacity for incident troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Write technical documentation to capture architecture, processes, procedures, installation and instruction.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated software engineer, with practical experience in development and a mentality of continuous improvement. Requirements
Academic degree in Computer Engineering, Systems or related careers.
2+ years of experience with Java, Spring and Hibernate.
Knowledge of PL/SQL / Pro*C (desirable).
2+ years of experience in REST API and SQL.
Knowledge of Oracle (desirable).
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as Angular and React or others (desirable).
1+ year performing unit and automation testing (JUnit).
1+ year applying practices and use of tools for CI/CD: Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus and/or Maven.
Additionally, we are looking for someone who feels comfortable working with quality standards, technical documentation and problem resolution, demonstrating responsibility, effective communication and orientation to collaborative work.

Experience or knowledge in PL/SQL / Pro*C.
Knowledge of Oracle.
Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular and React.
Delve into best practices for CI/CD and test automation to improve the quality of the delivery cycle.
