Higharc is looking for a pragmatic Software Engineer with a high level of ownership and experience in our growing Showroom team. Reporting to the Software Manager and working closely with Product and Design partners, this role will drive end-to-end features across the stack for one of our core product features. What you'll do What you'll expect: Build and maintain full-stack features spanning UI, API layer, business logic, and data models Design and implement complex rules engines that manage pricing, inventory, availability, and constraint logic Design extensible and maintainable systems that scale with increasing product complexity Develop configuration and customization experiences where users navigate complex options with many interdependent constraints Optimize backend performance, including query tuning, N+1 resolution, indexing strategies and scaling bottlenecks. Create complex search, filter and query systems on large data sets. Connect visual/design tools to underlying data and business logic layers (3D/CAD adjacency). About you. Have: 4+ years of full-fledged engineering experience building polished user-facing features. Professional proficiency with React, SQL, API design, and query optimization Experience with configurator, customization, or UX rules engine History of building extensible production systems Strong UX intuition Ability to reason about complex constraint systems A major plus if you also bring: Familiarity with 3D/CAD or visual design tools ecosystem While we have identified the core experience and required skills above, still apply if you have more experience or a different experience than this.
