Job Description

We are an established and growing U.S.-based real estate investment and development company seeking a skilled Software Integration and Automation Specialist to join our team remotely from Colombia.

We are looking for someone with strong programming, software integration, data management, and business automation experience. This is not a traditional virtual assistant position. We need someone who can independently identify technical problems, develop solutions, and improve our existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Software Integration and Automation

Optimize Smarter Contact for lead management, sales outreach, reporting, and follow-ups.

Develop Python scripts and Google Apps Script automations.

Integrate business applications using APIs, webhooks, n8n, Make, and Zapier.

Automate data transfers between Smarter Contact, Google Workspace, and other platforms.

Troubleshoot existing software and improve system efficiency.

Google Workspace and Business Systems

Automate Google Sheets, Gmail, Drive, and other Workspace applications.

Research Google Voice integration options and technical limitations.

Develop automated lead tracking, reporting, and notification systems.

Create workflows connecting management, sales, and operations.

Real Estate Data Collection and Analysis

Develop tools to collect data from authorized public real estate databases.

Work with property ownership, tax delinquency, foreclosure, probate, vacant property, and county assessor records.

Build web scraping and data extraction solutions using permitted sources.

Clean, organize, deduplicate, and analyze large datasets.

Develop searchable databases and identify potential real estate investment opportunities.

Sales Technology and AI Automation

Improve CRM integrations and automated follow-up systems.

Support email and SMS campaign management and legitimate deliverability improvements.

Research AI-powered calling, lead qualification, and communication solutions.

Explore Meta advertising tools and approved targeting methods.

Build sales dashboards and automate lead distribution.

Operations and Employee Productivity

Develop automated KPI dashboards and performance reports.

Integrate supported data from Apploye and other productivity platforms.

Automate employee onboarding, task management, and reporting.

Identify inefficiencies and develop solutions that improve productivity.

Technical Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Python programming and business automation.

Knowledge of Google Workspace and Google Apps Script.

Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and software integrations.

Familiarity with n8n, Make, Zapier, SQL, and database management.

Experience with web scraping, data extraction, and automated reporting.

Understanding of CRM systems, AI tools, and workflow automation.

Experience with Smarter Contact is highly preferred.

Knowledge of Google Voice, Meta Ads, Apploye, or U.S. real estate technology is an advantage.

English Requirements

Reading and understanding English is required. Speaking English is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable reading technical documentation and communicating with our U.S.-based team through written messages.

Starting compensation of 5 to 12 USD per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skills.
