The client is located in Canada, so a fluent English level is required because you will work with the Canadian Market.\nThe full Recruitment process would be in English.\n\nHiring: Prestador de Servicios (Se solicitará factura timbrada por el SAT/ RESICO, Persona Física con Actividades Empresariales, etc)\nLabor Days: Mon- Fri from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST\nSalary: Up to $30,000 MXN gross\nAs a Solar Energy Technical Customer Service Representative, you will assist residential and/or commercial customers with technical issues and inquiries related to their solar energy systems, provide information about solar products and services. \nKey Responsibilities:\nRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a focus on technical support in English.\nProvide accurate information about solar products, services, installation processes, maintenance, its benefits and financing options.\nAssist customers with installation and post-installation, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their solar equipment and systems.\nProcessing customer orders, tracking shipments, and providing updates on the status of installations or service requests.\nHandling customer complaints and concerns effectively, working to resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction\nDocument customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.\nEscalate complex technical issues to engineering or field service teams as needed\nWalk customers through basic troubleshooting steps and remote diagnostics\nEducate customers on how to read their solar production data and optimize system performance\nSkills:\n1+ years of experience as a Solar Energy Customer Service Representative\nStrong experience in Solar Energy or Renewable Energies\nExperience working for US or Canadian companies (Preferable)\nStrong experience with CRM or Solar Energy Software\nStrong English communication skills",
