Denken Solutions Inc is an IT company with 15 years of experience with offices at California, Canada, India and Mexico, providing IT solutions in the United States.\nThe role is 100% remote from any location in Mexico. The client is located in Canada, so a fluent Conversational English level is required.\nHiring: Prestador de Servicios (Se solicitará factura timbrada por el SAT/ RESICO, Persona Física con Actividades Empresariales, etc)\nLabor Days: Mon- Fri from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST\nSalary: Up to $30,000 MXN gross\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our solar photovoltaic (PV) projects, from planning to implementation and maintenance. \nMain Duties:\n Managing project timelines \nCoordinating with stakeholders\nEnsuring compliance with safety regulations.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.\n2. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.\n3. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.\n4. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.\n5. Manage project budget, including tracking expenditures and forecasting costs.\n6. Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates.\n7. Identify and manage project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.\n8. Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated as necessary.\n9. Lead project team members and provide guidance and support as needed.\n\nRequirements:\n1. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.\n2. Proven experience in project management in the Solar PV industry.\n3. Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.\n4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.\n5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.\n6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n7. Proficiency in project management tools\n8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.\n9. Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in the solar PV industry.\n10. PMP certification is a plus.",
