Join the best call center team!\nAt the request of our important client in the Call Center field, we are looking for people to take on the position of:\nCOLLECTION TELEOPERATOR - SKY SATELITAL (2 DAYS OF LAYER WITHOUT OJT)\nFUNCTION:\n- Make outgoing calls to clients with arrears of less than or equal to 90 days.\n- Manage collections for Internet and Line services landline and Cable TV, Streaming Contact clients from a base loaded automatically by dialer.\nNegotiate payments, record commitments and provide regularization alternatives.\nCorrectly record management and results in the assigned system.\nComply with the policies, scripts and guidelines of the SKY campaign.\nReach and exceed productivity and effectiveness indicators.\nWORK HOURS: 42 hours per week!
