Important company in the Industrial sector is looking for COMMERCIAL SUPPORT
Mission:
Provide support and responses to external and internal customers, using commercial tools that allow attracting new business to enhance customer loyalty
Tasks:
· Entry of requirements into SAP AP systems, in accordance with procedure.
· Use of the different transactions and reports of the SAP system, for the development of tasks.
· Use of different channels to provide responses to external and internal clients regarding the requests received. (feedback and status of what was managed)
· Manage with the different areas and positions the necessary information to provide a response to the client.
· Follow up on procedures in order to ensure compliance.
· Application of procedures that allow managing the different requirements without errors, complying with billing requirements.
· Maintain updated information on price lists, procedures and courses to be applied in procedures.
· Maintain updated indicators and procedures.
Requirements:
- Training: Mid-level professional technician, in administrative areas.
- Experience: Customer service, Commercial Area, quality assurance. Billing, credit notes.
- Knowledge of the SAP system or having worked with this system
- Medium level Excel management
Conditions:
- Fixed term contract per project
- Full time schedule (42.5 hours)
- 100% teleworking
- Liquid salary approximately $1,200,000 per month",
