Job Description

An important health institution located in a central station requires incorporating an Administrative Support or systems into its team for replacement in remote mode.

Objective: Provide functional support to users of Computer Systems and Business Intelligence in the field of Occupational Health and Safety.

Main functions:
Guide users in the use of the functionalities of the systems managed by the area.
Provide support and functional support for queries or requirements related to the systems.
Conduct training for users regarding the use of platforms and systems.
Manage and track incidents reported by users.
Support actions to improve and update systems.
Maintain constant communication with internal users and teams related to technology and information.
Contribute to the correct quality and updating of the information registered in the systems

Requirements:
Title Biomedical informatics or related to the position
Basic Office Management
Experience related to the ideal position in the Health area

Contractual Conditions:
Gross monthly income: $600,000.
Working day: Teleworking modality
Contract by external company
