BC Tecnología, an IT consulting firm focused on solutions for financial services, insurance, retail and government clients, seeks to strengthen its Marketplace Functional Support team. The project involves acting as a technical-functional reference for the support area, resolving complex incidents on the Marketplace platform and providing specialized support to Sellers Retail. The objective is to guarantee operational continuity, optimize processes and collaborate with engineering and international teams to deliver high quality solutions to diverse clients.

Roles and responsibilities
Manage escalated functional support tickets on the Marketplace platform, prioritizing incidents and ensuring efficient resolutions.
Provide support to Sellers within the Marketplace / Seller Retail model, identifying requirements, configurations and necessary improvements.
Analyze complex incidents, diagnose root causes and document solutions to avoid recurrences.
Collaborate with international and engineering teams (communicating in English) to coordinate escalations and comprehensively resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and propose improvements to processes, tools and workflows to optimize support.
Participate in the review of functional requirements, regression tests and validations of changes with stakeholders and clients.
Requirements and profile sought
We are looking for a professional with +3 years of experience in functional support, specifically in Marketplace, eCommerce or related platforms. Must have worked with Sellers/Retail and have a good understanding of marketplace operations. Experience in CRM tools (ideal Salesforce) and analytical skills to identify trends and effective solutions are valued. Advanced or fluent English proficiency is required for communication with international teams and technical documentation.
Key competencies: results orientation, autonomy, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and customer focus. Ability to work in an agile environment, manage multiple cases and collaborate with different areas. Preferably with experience in multicultural environments and availability for hybrid modality.
Desirable (not mandatory)
Previous experience in implementations or improvements in Marketplace platforms, knowledge of integrations (APIs) and familiarity with B2B/B2C sales processes. Communication skills in Spanish and English, and experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Knowledge of support and monitoring tools, and ability to generate clear and reusable documentation.
