Fortinet SD-WAN Support Specialist for BIMBO customer services

Searched profile

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in Fortinet SD-WAN solutions, with excellent command of English and advanced communication skills to interact directly with the client in key scenarios. We need someone with a high sense of responsibility, autonomy and the ability to operate under pressure, always maintaining an analytical and decisive approach.

Required skills

Intermediate-advanced English, 90% conversational.

Ability to identify critical failures in Fortinet SD-WAN schemes.

Efficient, responsible work with minimal supervision.

Excellent oral expression in English for critical meetings and direct dealings with clients.

Ease of traveling according to project requirements.

Communication and relationship skills at all levels.

Collaborative work and multidisciplinary approach.

Ability to generate and review technical documentation (Microsoft Visio, project plans, root cause analysis, among others).

Technical knowledge

Minimum 3 years providing specialized support in Fortinet SD-WAN.

Resolution of incidents in dynamic routing: BGP, OSPF.

In-depth knowledge of policies, SD-WAN, traffic shaping and general Fortinet administration.

Fortinet Network Security Expert (FCX) Certification.

Certification from NS3 to NS8

Schooling

Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Telematics or similar.

Location

Residence in CDMX, State of Mexico or Morelos.

Schedule

Availability for day or night schedules.

Flexibility from Monday to Sunday in any of the following shifts:

7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

08:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

09:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

06:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Work modality

Combined: home office and attention at client facilities 3 times a month. ",
