At BC Tecnología we are an IT consultancy with more than 6 years of experience, dedicated to managing portfolios, developing projects and offering outsourcing services and selecting professionals. We focus on agile teams for Infrastructure, Software Development and Business Units, working with financial services, insurance, retail and government clients. We seek to expand our team with Level 2 Technical Support to work on eCommerce and marketplace projects, ensuring operational continuity, escalating incidents and improving user experience on ordering platforms, system integration and catalog management.

Functions and responsibilities
Respond to and resolve Level 2 incidents on eCommerce/Marketplace platforms (orders, integrations, catalogue).
Monitor basic infrastructure and networks associated with platforms to guarantee availability and performance.
Analyze and document incidents, create guidelines and escalation processes for efficient resolution.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Development and Support teams to identify improvements and optimize work flows.
Manage interactions with suppliers and internal customers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Support in diagnostic tasks, troubleshooting and post-incidence verification to avoid recurrences.
Requirements and profile sought
We are looking for a professional with proven experience in Level 2 technical support, focused on eCommerce platforms or marketplaces. Good management of infrastructure technologies and basic networks, analysis and problem solving capabilities, and sufficient technical English to understand and document incidents are required. Experience in electronic commerce environments and the ability to work in hybrid mode (in-person and remote) in Huechuraba are essential.
Key skills: results orientation, effective communication, teamwork, proactivity and ability to prioritize in the face of critical incidents. Experience in monitoring tools, incident management and technical documentation will be valued, as well as a customer service approach oriented towards quality and continued improvement.
Desirable requirements
Certifications related to networks or infrastructure, previous experience in eCommerce environments, knowledge of API integrations and ordering platforms, and ability to work on projects with high levels of customer service. Availability for flexible schedules and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment are also valued.
