Our team participates in field technical support projects for critical infrastructures, with emphasis on CCTV, access control and audiovisual solutions. We work with hardware technologies, corporate software (Office 365, VPN, Active Directory), LAN/WiFi networks and video conferencing solutions, within Hyflex and technical room environments. Features
Provide on-site technical support to corporate users.
Installation, maintenance and configuration of CCTV systems (exclusive requirement).
Support for IT hardware, access control and audiovisual equipment.
Corporate software configuration: Office 365, VPN, Active Directory.
Support for LAN/WiFi networks, IP telephony and video conferencing.
Technical support in Hyflex rooms and collaborative work rooms.
Requirements and profile sought
Requirements: Technical or professional degree in IT (Computing, Networks, Systems or similar). 2–3 years of experience in field Technical Support with CCTV. Knowledge of hardware, networks and Windows/macOS systems. Availability for field work and in-person modality. Qualifications in security and experience in corporate environments will be an advantage.
Profile: proactivity, customer orientation, diagnostic and resolution capacity under pressure, good communication and teamwork skills, as well as commitment to service quality and operational continuity.
