Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide remote care and assistance to users, resolving first-level requirements and incidents.

Main functions:

Remote attention and support to users.
Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software problems.
Installation and configuration of programs and applications.
Support in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools.
Configuration of email accounts, accesses and passwords.
Registration, tracking and closing of tickets.
Escalation of incidents when appropriate.
Guidance to users in the use of technological tools.
Support in inventory and control of computer equipment.

Requirements:

Technical degree in IT, Computing, Networks or related career.
Previous experience in technical support and user service.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Management of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
Basic knowledge of networks, connectivity and hardware.
Ability to diagnose and resolve problems remotely.
Good communication, service orientation and organizational skills.",
