Human Resources Consultant with a recognized career, is looking for profiles with solid experience in searching and attracting talent (sourcing) to collaborate in different selection processes, aimed at multinational companies and SMEs, linked to the oil industry, among others.\nWe provide services to industries located in Argentina and abroad.\nMain responsibilities:\nResearch of profiles with the selection team\nArrangement of search and sourcing strategies\nSearch active candidates through hunting on LinkedIn, job portals and databases\nIdentification and contact of prospects\nUse of Boolean buses and advanced filters\nGeneration and maintenance of pipelines of qualified candidates\nInitial selection (telephone or virtual) of candidates\nRegistration and updating of information in databases/ATS\nIt will be valued (not exclusive):\nPossess knowledge of English and/or Portuguese languages\nExperience in IT sourcing and/or industrial profiles\nBusiness experience for the oil industry\nAdvanced proficiency in the Office package\nThe person occupying the position must have a proactive, analytical, business-oriented profile, with strong investigative capacity, organization and autonomy to handle multiple files simultaneously.",
