About the Role
We are looking for a Senior or Staff or Principal-level Full-Stack Engineer who will take end-to-end ownership of complex product features, from technical design to delivery. The ideal candidate has strong backend experience (60%) with complementary frontend skills (40%), thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, and enjoys building scalable systems for high-volume ecommerce.

You’ll be joining a small, experienced team that values autonomy, communication, and results. The role starts as fully hands-on but offers growth potential toward technical leadership or architecture responsibilities as the product evolves.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy new product features across frontend and backend.
* Write high-quality, test-driven code following best practices.
* Collaborate closely with the Brazil-based lead engineer and U.S. product team.
* Integrate third-party services, loyalty programs, and subscription modules.
* Contribute to technical decisions for performance and scalability.
* Use AI coding tools responsibly to improve delivery speed and maintainability.
*Participate in live coding interviews and peer code reviews.",
