You should have a solid understanding of collection techniques and applicable regulations.
Previous experience in similar roles is a requirement, as is a demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team.
Additionally, a proactive attitude and an ability to work under pressure to achieve debt recovery objectives is expected.

The work will be in person, so it is necessary that you can attend the company headquarters regularly.
