Currently, we are looking for talent with leadership and sales experience to join our team such as:

Bilingual Call Center Supervisor
Modality: 100% remote (from home)
Location: Colombia
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. m. to 6:00 p.m. m.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of at least 12 telemarketing agents
Ensure compliance with individual and group goals
Motivate and guide the team towards achieving results
Monitor performance and provide constant feedback
Coordinate reports and management metrics
Support the continuous training of the team in sales techniques

Requirements:

Previous experience leading teams of 10 to 12 people in a call center
Experience in sales processes (preferably in insurance, financial services or products)
Communication, leadership and conflict management skills
Results orientation and ability to work under pressure
Advanced level of English (mandatory)
