We are looking for a Quality and Training Supervisor with experience in outbound campaigns and with soft skills for team management...\n\nThe applicant must meet the following conditions: \n\n- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the Call Center field as a Quality and/or Training Supervisor (INDISPENSABLE)\n- Bachelor's degree or degree in Business Administration, Education or similar.\n- KPI management for telecommunications and/or campaigns educational.\n- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel\n- Ability to work as a team, lead and positively influence the work area.\n- Excellent communication and treatment with clients, with skills for negotiation and conflict resolution.\n\nHOURS:\n\nMonday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm.
