Main activity:
- Supervise the team of telephone collection managers to meet the recovery goals of the assigned portfolio.

Activities:
- Creation and reading of management and results indicators
- Planning and execution of daily activities with a work team
- Verification of compliance with daily indicators
- Issuance and sending of reports
- Participation in meetings with external suppliers
