Job Description
We are an international fintech company that has been operating since 2025. We are looking for a Collection Supervisor, a person who will lead a team of collection managers, drive compliance with recovery objectives and contribute to the continuous development of the team.
This position combines people management with results analysis: approximately half of the work consists of coaching, listening to calls and providing feedback, while the other half is focused on KPI analysis, reporting and making decisions on portfolio management.

Your responsibilities
Lead the team of collection managers, guaranteeing discipline, motivation and achievement of objectives.
Listen to calls, supervise compliance with scripts and quality standards in communication.
Track and manage team KPIs.
Provide feedback and coaching individually and in groups.
Train new collaborators and develop the skills of the current team.
Distribute workload, shifts and priorities according to assigned portfolio.
Manage complex cases and escalation processes.
Prepare analytical reports on team performance.
What we are looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in collections (Collections). Experience in sales of credit products or in a contact center will be an advantage. Experience leading teams as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Agent.
Spanish level B1 or higher, since you will have to listen to calls and evaluate the quality of the attention provided by the operators.
Knowledge of the operation of a collections department and its main performance indicators.
Intermediate or advanced use of Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, dynamic tables and database analysis).
Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on data.
It will be a plus
Experience in fintech, microcredit or bank collections.
Coaching skills and experience delivering short trainings.
Experience in different stages of collections (Early Collections and Late Collections).
Knowledge of the behavioral profiles of debtors and negotiation techniques.
