An important HR company is looking for the position of Computer Access Supervisor in Teleworking mode for its client in the oil sector. Your objective will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the contract and worker validation platform, ensuring correct documentary control, personnel accreditation, service reportability and information analysis for decision making. The position includes constant interaction with contracting companies, internal areas and field visits when necessary.\nFunctions:\n1. Orientation and Training for Contractor Companies\nTrain contractor companies in the use of the validation platform.\nResolve doubts related to the worker validation process.\nUpload contract and subcontract information at the beginning of new services.\nRegister workers and vehicles associated with each contract.\nUpload and manage the documentation required for validation.\nExecute other tasks related to the position.\n2. Worker Validation\nReview and validate documentation according to established requirements.\nValidate induction talks and sworn statements.\nGrant final validation for the accreditation of workers.\nManage provisional entry permits.\nValidate medical examinations according to defined parameters.\nPerform other tasks related to the validation process.\n3. Commercial Contract Management\nCreate user profiles and accounts (contractors, officials and validating entities).\nEnter contract initiation minutes.\nModify contract validity dates when appropriate.\nGenerate entry cards for vehicles.\nExecute associated administrative tasks.\n4. Reportability and Analysis\nGenerate monthly reports of marks accumulated by contract.\nPrepare reports on staffing, hours worked and worker statuses.\nIssue specific reports for periods, installations and plant stoppages.\nDesign, maintain and report management indicators (KPIs).\nControl service budgets.\nAnalyze data and propose improvements to processes.\nAutomate reports and analysis models when possible.\nCoordinate information with different areas of the organization.\n5. Additional Services\nValidation of additional volumes of workers.\nAttention during weekends during periods of plant stoppages.\nGeneration of weekly reports during plant stoppages.\nSupport in the validation of officials.\nConduct field visits for training, orientation and management support.\nRequirements:\nAcademic Training\nCivil Industrial Engineer\nEngineer Computer scientist\nCommercial Engineer\nOr related career\nExperience\nBetween 2 and 5 years in similar positions.\nTechnical knowledge\nManagement control and budgets.\nFinancial and cost analysis.\nDesign and monitoring of KPIs.\nAdvanced use of Excel (Power Query, dynamic tables, formulas).\nExperience in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau u others).\nKnowledge of databases and SQL.\nUse and application of Artificial Intelligence tools.\nWorking hours:\nThe ordinary work day will not exceed 42 hours per week, distributed in a shift system, as follows:\nShift 1:\nMonday to Thursday: from 08:00 to 17:00.\nFriday: from 08:00 to 16:30 hours.\nShift 2:\nMonday to Thursday: from 08:00 to 17:00.\nFriday: from 08:30 to 17:00.\n30 minute snack\nType of contract:\n30, 60 and indefinite",
