Weekend Service Desk Supervisor\n\nIMPORTANT: The first 3 months are in-person training from Monday to Friday in Santa Fe, CDMX. During this period, salary and benefits are offered. Upon completion of the training, the position changes to a 100% Home Office scheme, working only weekends and holidays.\nModality of the position\nIn-person training: Monday to Friday during the first 3 months.\nSubsequent modality: 100% Home Office.\nOperating hours after training: Weekends and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.\nObjective\nCoordinate and supervise the operation of the Service Desk, guaranteeing compliance with performance indicators (KPI), service levels (SLA) and quality standards in customer service.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Systems, Information Technology, Computing, Communications or similar (intern or graduate).\nMinimum experience of 2 years as Supervisor or Coordinator of Service Desk, Help Desk or Support Technical.\nManagement of ticket management tools.\nKnowledge in supporting computer equipment and applications.\nManagement of Microsoft Office and email.\nLeadership, organization, monitoring and effective communication.\nAvailability to attend training in person during the first 3 months.\nFunctions\nSupervise the daily operation of the Service Desk.\nEnsure compliance with SLA and KPI.\nProvide support and follow up on the support team.\nPrepare reports and performance indicators.\nCommunicate and implement updates to processes and procedures.\nDrive continuous improvement of the service.\nWe offer\nSalary during the training period and subsequently in Home Office mode.\n100% Home Office scheme at the end of the training.\nJob stability.\nProfessional development and growth within the organization.\nDo you meet the profile and are you available for training in person in Santa Fe?
