We are Hiring: Gaming Table Supervisor (Casino Auditor)\n Remote\n Hours: Sunday to Friday | 1:00 PM 9:00 PM (Colombian Time)\n Rotating day off: Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday\n Initial contract until October 15 (with the possibility of continuity depending on performance)\n About the position\nWe are looking for a Gaming Table Supervisor with experience in casinos, capable of monitoring, analyzing and auditing Blackjack, Roulette and Poker games through video surveillance systems.\nThis position is key to protecting the integrity of the casino, detecting possible irregularities and ensure that all games are played in accordance with established rules and procedures.\nIf you have experience as a Dealer, Table Supervisor or Casino Inspector, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify errors or suspicious behavior, this opportunity is for you.\n Responsibilities\n Monitor and audit Roulette, Blackjack and Poker games through recordings and video systems.\n Verify bets, payouts and prizes awarded by dealers.\n Recalculate amounts and validate that transactions are correct.\n Detect possible fraud, operational errors or improper agreements between customers and dealers.\n Supervise compliance with procedures by dealers and table supervisors.\n Identify suspicious behavior and report them in a timely manner.\n Prepare basic reports of incidents and findings.\n Communicate critical situations to the casino management.\n Guarantee compliance with the rules of each game.\n Requirements\n Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in casinos.\n Previous experience as:\nCrupier\nTable Supervisor\nGaming Inspector\nCasino Auditor\n Solid knowledge of:\nBlackjack\nRoulette\nPoker\n Excellent interpretation of bets, payments and probabilities.\n Ability to detect inconsistencies and risk situations.\n Mental agility to perform quick calculations.\n Basic use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint for reports.\n Native Spanish or fluent.\n English is a plus, but not mandatory.\n Ideal Profile\nWe are looking for a person who is:\n Extremely detail-oriented\n Ethical and trustworthy\n Discreet and professional\n Methodical and organized\n Able to maintain high levels of concentration\n Analytical and objective\n Oriented towards risk detection and loss prevention\n What do we expect from you?\nDuring the first months we expect you to be able to:\n Detect operational and possible errors irregularities.\n Identify suspicious behavior or attempted fraud.\n Generate savings for the operation through efficient controls.\n Ensure that tables operate under established standards.\n What are they really looking for?\nBeyond the title, they are looking for a Casino Integrity Inspector.\nThey are not looking for someone to serve customers or operate the table.\nThey are looking for a person who:\n Knows perfectly how a dealer thinks and works.\n Can detect mistakes that others don't see.\n Be able to identify cheating, collusion or suspicious behavior.\n Have excellent attention to detail.\n Be strong in mental math.\n Enjoy analyzing hours of footage and finding inconsistencies.",
