Job Description

Position: Operations Supervisor

Position Objective:
Support operators, partners, franchisees and managers of own stores in operational and commercial management, in order to boost sales and profitability of Convenience Stores and Service Stations in the assigned area, guaranteeing compliance with the standards defined by the Convenience Stores and Retail Division.

Main Functions:
-Supervise the comprehensive operation of assigned stores, ensuring compliance with operational, commercial and brand standards.
-Boost commercial performance through monitoring indicators, execution of action plans and leadership in the field.
-Provide support and advice to store administrators and teams in personnel management, inventories, merchandising and operational processes.
-Guarantee the correct implementation of promotions, commercial campaigns and new product launches.

Academic Training:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
-Master's degree in administrative areas (desirable).

Experience:
-Minimum 3 years of experience in supervision of store chains or Retail businesses.
-Proven experience in personnel management and development.

Technical Knowledge:
-Management of Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
-Inventory management and control.
