Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead and manage the healthcare operation, guaranteeing the effective coordination of services, the administration of the provider network and timely attention to our clients.

Requirements:

Technologist or professional in administrative, engineering, logistics or related careers.
Minimum of 1 year experience in operations supervision, supplier management, service coordination or customer service.
Knowledge in the assistance and/or insurance sector.
Intermediate Excel management.
Leadership capacity, analysis, monitoring of indicators and resolution of operational developments.

Main functions:

Supervise daily operation and ensure compliance with service levels.
Manage and strengthen the supplier network.
Coordinate the provision of healthcare services and follow up on cases.
Monitor management indicators and propose improvement actions.
Guarantee adequate experience and customer service.
Manage operational contingencies and ensure service continuity.
